Without Lambda Chi Alpha, I wouldn’t have…

Through everything we experience in life, we take something from each moment. Our college years can be some of the most influential years of our lives, and through each experience and moment, we had Lambda Chi Alpha to fall back on. We recently talked to Lambda Chi Alpha brothers, here’s what they told us they wouldn’t have if it weren’t for Lambda Chi Alpha:

Without Lambda Chi Alpha, I wouldn’t be who I am today, and I wouldn’t enjoy emailing with so many of my close fraternity friends.” – John Riener ‘63

Without Lambda Chi Alpha, I would not have so many life-long friendships, a constant connection to campus, and a little piece of Penn State to call my own.” – Scott E. Bleggi ‘78

“I gained a lot of skills by being in the house,” he says. “And I’ve always felt indebted to the fraternity for letting me learn stuff that I never would have learned in class. We all gained skills doing different things. We learned leadership skills, practical skills. We were basically learning how to run a small business. So much of what they teach you in college doesn’t amount to much — the real way to learn is just by doing it, and Lambda Chi Alpha gave that to me.” – C. Edward Springman ‘60
