Just a reminder that the Chapter House is still in need of a number of repairs and maintenance. The costs for the roof replacement have been covered and the project is slated for this Summer but we are looking for generous donations to complete the next large project: the bathrooms which, are slated to be replaced in Summer of 2021 if we can gather enough donations. No amount is too small and we appreciate all of those who have given this past year.
- Roofing: $50,000 (costs covered and scheduled)
- Second and third floor bathrooms: $125,000
- Exterior work on the House (stucco, paint, foundation, etc): $35,000
- Remodeling 19 rooms (some more than others): $95,000
- Finishing floors: $50,000
- Remodeling kitchen: $60,000
- Adding more rooms/Expansion: $100,000
