Brothers,
Thanks to your commitment to Lambda Chi Brotherhood and your incredible generosity, a major milestone has been achieved; we have paid off the mortgage for the Chapter House.
With all the challenges that Greek organizations are facing lately, especially here at Penn State, Lambda Chi stands out above this crowd. Any fraternity paying off the mortgage of their Chapter House is unheard of and a very big deal for us. Not just locally but on a national level as well. This is something that, according to our alumni communications firm, that less than 10% of fraternities are able to accomplish and we have done it!
This opens up a new door for us and a new era of growth and improvement. With the House paid off, we can set out sights on some new projects and initiatives for the Lambda Chi Penn State. So, what is next for us? We can set our sights on a number of upgrades to the interior and exterior of the house such as: a new roof, new bathrooms, new kitchen, individual room renovations, hardwood floors, exterior paint and seal, windows, gutters/downspouts and landscaping.
